Armed Robbery at Peters Parking Deck
On 09/14/2008 at approximately 6:45pm a non-student phoned in to the Georgia Tech Police Department that they were strong-arm robbed in the Peters Parking Deck at approximately 6:00pm.
The victim stated that two black males approximately 5’7” tall approached him in the Peters Parking Deck and took his iPod and cellular phone. One of the offenders had his hand under his shirt, but no weapon was visible during the robbery. He further stated that the two black males left the area on foot, and no vehicle was seen. The offenders were described as young black males approximately 5’7” tall, both wearing black T-shirts with red, green, and yellow lettering, and blue-jean pants.
Georgia Tech Police searched the area, but were unable to locate the subjects.
No one was injured during the incident.
This incident is under investigation by the Georgia Tech Police Department.
